<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for assembling a compressor that prevent a rotor from being decentered to a stator or from inclining to set an air gap evenly, thereby reducing noise and vibration.SOLUTION: When assembling a compressor in which an electric motor part 101 and a compression part 102 are provided in a cylindrical container 100, and the electric motor part 101 comprises the stator 103 fixed to the container 100, the rotor 104 disposed with respect to the stator 103 while interposing the air gap 106 between the rotor and the stator, and a shaft 105 to which the rotor 104 is mounted, a gap gauge 110 made up by bonding two metal plates 114 and 115 having different linear expansion coefficients is inserted into the air gap 106; the gap gauge 110 is heated while the compression part 102, the shaft 105 and the rotor 104 are integrated together; and after heating, the compression part 102 is fixed to the container 100.</p> |
