<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress toner from being leaked from both end sides of a developing roller by reducing the layer thickness of the toner on both end sides on the developing roller.SOLUTION: A developing device (developing cartridge 28) includes a developing roller 31 configured so as to carry a developer, a layer thickness regulation blade 32 having a regulation part (pressing member 32D) for regulating the layer thickness of the developer on the developing roller 31, and a scraping member (scraping film 80) provided at both ends of the layer thickness regulation blade 32 in the axial direction of the developing roller 31 and configured so as to scrape the developer on the developing roller 31, so that the layer thickness of the developer on the developing roller 31 is made smaller than the layer thickness regulated by the regulation part.</p> |
