<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device which inhibits an ink leaked from a connection part of an ink supply section for supplying the ink to a recording head assembly from reaching a cable connection part which connects a cable for inputting recording data to the recording head assembly.SOLUTION: A recording device includes: a carriage 4 in which a recording head assembly 5 capable of discharging an ink to a recorded medium and making a record is mounted. The recording head assembly includes: a cable connection part 12a which connects a cable for inputting recording data to the recording head assembly; and an ink supply section connection part 11 which connects an ink supply section for supplying an ink to the recording head assembly. The carriage includes a division member 14 which divides a first region 13a including the cable connection part from a second region 13b including the ink supply section connection part. The division member blocks the ink leaked from the ink supply section connection part from flowing into the first region.</p> |
