<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer and a printing method that improve printing quality.SOLUTION: A printer includes a head and a flow passage part. The head has a plurality of discharge ports capable of discharging ink. The flow passage part is a hollow member which is connected to the head. A CPU of the printer changes a control method for printing (S25). When changing the control method for printing, the CPU of the printer outputs change information as information designating change of the control method for printing (S24). For example, the CPU of the printer displays a message, indicating that the control method for printing is changed, on a display in S24.</p> |
