<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent cut surface quality by cutting a metal thin plate having the thickness of about 5-100μm by a cutting metal mold, and simultaneously not to require a severe clearance to the metal mold.SOLUTION: A curved beveled part having a curvature of 2.5 times or more of a plate thickness is provided on either of a punch and a die of a metal mold, and the periphery of a cut portion is cut in the state following the beveled part, to thereby solve the problem. The sectional quality is approximately orthogonal to the wide surface of a metal thin plate, and burr is hardly generated. Further, the clearance of the metal mold is about 5-10μm, and a narrow clearance especially difficult to manufacture is not required.</p> |
