Disclosed is a seat headrest installation apparatus. The seat headrest installation apparatus includes the following: a guide rod, which is built at the upper end unit of a seat-back, which has a vertical hollow space to accommodate an inserted headrest stay and vertical slits; an operating unit which is inserted into the hollow space in the guide rod to slide up and down, which has the upper end coupled to the lower end of the stay and guide protrusions penetrating the slits on the outer peripheral surface to guide a sliding movement; and an elastic unit which has the lower end supported by the lower end of the guide rod and the upper end elastically supporting the lower end of the operating unit to supply a lifting force to the stay. |
