PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing for preventing electric corrosion capable of substantially improving durability.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a roller bearing 1 for preventing electric corrosion comprising a metallic outer ring 2 and a metallic inner ring 3 arranged through a plurality of rollers 5 and a ceramic spray coating 10 for preventing electric corrosion is formed with a plasma spray method at outer surfaces 21, 31 of either the outer ring 2 or the inner ring 3. A film thickness of the ceramic spray coating is 50 μm to 100 μm, its composition is aluminum oxide: 60 wt.% to 98 wt.%, titanium oxide: 2 wt.% to 40 wt.%, volume resistivity is adjusted to 10&OHgr;cm to 103 &OHgr;cm, and durability is improved under no complete shut-off current while keeping insulative performance. |
