PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based ink composition for a thermochromic ball-point pen which is excellent in dispersion stability of microcapsule pigment and can form good handwriting in the long term without causing script defectiveness even when the water-based ink uses shear-thinning polymer applying thermochromic microcapsule pigment as a coloring agent, and to provide a ball-point pen having the composition built-in.SOLUTION: A water-based ink composition for thermochromic ball-point pen contains microcapsule pigment containing thermochromic composition in microcapsule, water, shear-thinning polymer, and fermented cellulose. A ball-point pen has the water-based ink composition for thermochromic ball-point pen built-in. |
