PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an excellent image quality more than a conventional image quality, by making both compatible in restraint of density irregularity caused by displacement of a forming position of ink and excellent granularity.SOLUTION: An inkjet printer comprises: a halftone processing part for generating a first halftone by applying a first tither mask having a blue noise characteristic to a bit map image of regulating a recording amount of the ink belonging to a first group and generating a second halftone by applying a second tither mask having a characteristic in which a variation in the adjacent number of a halftone dot by displacement of a forming position of the halftone dot on printed matter is smaller than when applying the first tither mask, to the bit map image of regulating the recording amount of the ink belonging to a second group; and a discharge control part for realizing printing by discharging the ink to the printed matter from a nozzle possessed by a printing head based of the first halftone and the second halftone.
