PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device in which a nozzle plate is not easily removed by a sheet or the like.SOLUTION: A lid member 29 is fixed to a head chip at a periphery of a nozzle plate 33, but a communication passage is not constituted so that liquid spill does not occur. The head chip discharges discharge liquid to be supplied via a communication passage formed without depending on the lid member from the nozzle 33a as an ink droplet. A surface of the nozzle plate is positioned on a side farther from a print medium than a surface of an opening 29a of the lid member, and the surface of the nozzle plate is surrounded, so that the print medium does not contact to side surfaces of the nozzle plate. |
