PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device and a manufacturing method of the heated toilet seat device, that can simultaneously achieve the improvement in temperature rising performance and the suppression of a leakage magnetic field.SOLUTION: A heated toilet seat device can increase a temperature of a toilet seat 200 by using an induction heating system, and comprises: a base material part 210 made of a resin; a heated electric conductor 230 that is a magnetic substance provided on the base material part 210 and inductively heated by a magnetic field; a surface part 220 provided on the heated electric conductor 230 and forming a seating surface of the toilet seat 200; and a metallic body 240 that is a non-magnetic substance provided between the heated electric conductor 230 and the surface part 220. |
