PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tissue paper with fragrance which has excellent softness and smoothness, is easily manufactured at a low cost, and is safer than a conventional one, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Two-or-more-ply tissue paper 100 includes cyclodextrin 11, which at least partially forms an inclusion complex 10 including perfume, and a humectant. The content of the humectant per one-ply is 1.0-5.0 g/m, the basis weight per one-ply is 10-20 g/m, and the moisture content is 5-15 wt.%. |
