PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing member capable of maintaining flexural rigidity while achieving reduction in material cost with a reduced usage of carbon fiber having a high elastic modulus.SOLUTION: A bearing member 1 includes a reinforcement part 20 made of carbon fiber-reinforced composite resin material on each of the upper side part 11 of a base pipe part 10 located on the upper side in the vertical direction when used and the lower side part 12 opposed to the upper side part 11. Particularly, the reinforcement part 20 includes: a first reinforcement region 21 on the side of one end 1a as fixed end when used, made of carbon fiber-reinforced composite resin material with the carbon fiber having a relatively large tensile elasticity; and a second reinforcement region 22 on the side of another end 1b as free end, made of carbon fiber-reinforced composite resin material with the carbon fiber having a relatively small tensile elasticity. Accordingly, the bearing member 1 enables the flexural rigidity to be maintained while achieving reduction in material cost. |
