PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ripple of a voltage and step up the voltage.SOLUTION: A step-up circuit 1 includes: a transistor 4 switching according to a pulse signal inputted to a base; an inductor 3 provided between a collector of the transistor 4 and a power supply; and a basic step-up circuit 5 connected to a connection point between a collector of the transistor 4 and the inductor 3. The basic step-up circuit 5 has a first diode 51, a second diode 52 having an anode connected to a cathode of the first diode 51, a third diode 53 having an anode connected to a cathode of the second diode 52, a first capacitor 54 provided between the cathode of the first diode 51 and the ground, a second capacitor 55 provided between an anode of the first diode 51 and the cathode of the second diode 52, and a third capacitor 56 provided between a cathode of the third diode 53 and the ground. |
