PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service user confirmation apparatus capable of quickly confirming users of various service and reducing psychological resistance.SOLUTION: An image feature value extraction part 220 in a user confirmation apparatus 203 extracts an image feature value of a face from image data. A service information processing part 250 acquires image data imaged by an imaging part 210 from a service provision apparatus 201 and acquires user ID. An image feature value comparison part 225 reads out an image feature value corresponding to the acquired user ID from an ID type feature value DB 310 and compares the read image feature value with similarity to a newly acquired image feature value to confirm a user. When the similarity between the compared image feature values is low, the service information processing part 250 notifies of warning. The ID type feature value DB 310 stores the extracted image feature value in each user ID of service.
