<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a photosensitive lithographic printing plate capable of preventing ink stains at the time of printing and unaccompanied by the occurrence of ink stains on a non-image area.SOLUTION: In a provided method for manufacturing a photosensitive lithographic printing plate, a photosensitive lithographic printing plate possessing, in proper order atop a plastic film support medium, a hydrophilic layer including at least 60 mass% of an inorganic filler with respect to the total solid content thereof and a photosensitive layer including a compound possessing a polymerizable double bond group is contacted, before being subjected to printing, with a plate surface treatment liquid including at least one type of sulfobetaine-type surfactant.</p> |
