PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator control device and a refrigerator control method capable of prompt and smooth cold start, and a refrigerator including the control device.SOLUTION: A control device for a refrigerator 10 including a refrigerant circuit 12 that is configured in such a manner that a compressor 18; a condenser 22; an electronic expansion valve 24 whose opening is adjusted so that a detected overheat degree is equal to an overheat degree set value; and an evaporator 16 are connected in this order, and in which refrigerant circulates, comprises overheat degree set value adjustment means for adjusting an overheat degree set value to the electronic expansion valve 24 so that an evaporation temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator 16 is lower than a temperature of a refrigerant inlet pipe to the compressor 18 at a start of the refrigerator 10. |
