<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a light irradiation unit that is easy to maintain even when including a specially long-sized light source and uses no wide space.SOLUTION: A light source unit 10 which holds a long-sized light source 1 by a light source holding frame 11, a mirror unit 20 which holds a long-sized mirror 2 covering the light source 1 from behind by a mirror holding frame 21, an upper unit 4 above the mirror unit 20, and an element unit 30 below the light source unit 10 (on an irradiation side) can be moved up by a moving mechanism 8. A selecting mechanism 9 makes a choice among movement of only the upper unit 4, movement of the upper unit 4 and mirror unit 20, and movement of the upper unit 4, mirror unit 20, and light source unit 10.</p> |
