<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens whose entire system is compact and which has a wide angle of view and a high zoom ratio and achieves high optical performance over the entire zoom range.SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes, in order from the object side to the image side, a first lens group having positive refractive power, a second lens group having negative refractive power, a third lens group having positive refractive power, and a fourth lens group having positive refractive power, and when zooming, the first lens group is stationary, and the second lens group, the third lens group and the fourth lens group are moved to change distances between adjacent lens groups. The amount m2 of movement of the second lens group during zooming from the wide angle end to the telephoto end, the focal distance f2 of the second lens group, and the focal distance fw of the entire system at the wide angle end are set appropriately.</p> |
