The present invention relates to a method for supporting a coordinated multi-point (CoMP) considering a new carrier type (NCT) in a wireless communication system. A base station according to the present invention comprises a CoMP controller determining a CoMP operation for a terminal where a radio resource control (RRC) connection is set; a message processing part generating an RRC connection resetting message including CoMP setup information; a transmitting part transmitting the generated RRC connection resetting message to the terminal; and a receiving part receiving an RRC connection resetting termination message corresponding to the RRC connection resetting message to the terminal, wherein the RRC connection resetting message generated by the message processing part more includes quasi co-location (QCL) information, which indicates QCL relations among specific antenna ports, in an NCT cell.
