The present invention relates to a mixing head for small quantity discharge with a mixing inducing air nozzle. The mixing head for small quantity discharge with a mixing inducing air nozzle according to the present invention allows two component liquid phase materials to be effectively and smoothly mixed by the injection of compressed air in an inner space of the mixing head. The mixing head for small quantity discharge with a mixing inducing air nozzle according to the present invention comprises a housing block which is formed in a longitudinal direction and includes multiple air nozzles and multiple raw material supply nozzles connected to a passage for mixing; a cylinder block which is integrally connected to the housing block; a cleaning piston which includes a piston head arranged at an inner space of the cylinder block and a piston rod moved through the passage for mixing of the housing block by being extended from the piston head; and an air supply device which supplies compressed air to the air nozzle of the housing block, and enhances the mixing efficiency of the two component type liquid phase materials for polyurethane foam manufacture supplied to the passage for mixing through the raw material supply nozzle of the housing block by compressed air inserted into the passage for mixing through the air nozzle of the housing block. |
