The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a flocking film of a weather strip for a vehicle door. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a flocking film of a weather strip for a vehicle door which includes an uncoiler (1) uncoiling a synthetic resin film (B) coiled around a bobbin to continuously supply the synthetic resin film (B); a vacuum absorption conveyor (2) vacuumizing and absorbing the film continuously supplied from the uncoiler (1) to forcibly transfer the film; a glue applying device (3) applying glue (C) to one surface of the transferred synthetic resin film (B); a flocking machine (4) transplanting a nylon pile (D) on the synthetic resin film (B) to which the glue (C) is applied at one surface; a dehydration device (5) dehydrating the glue (C) on the synthetic resin film (B) on which the nylon pile (D) is transplanted; a brushing device (6) brushing and shaking off the nylon pile (D) not transplanted on a surface of the flocking film discharged after being dehydrated in the dehydration device (5) with a brushing roller (601) and using a dust collector (602) to collect the nylon pile (D); and a winding machine (7) winding the flocking film in which flocking is completed. The transfer speed and tension of the synthetic resin film is constantly maintained from a start to an end of the process of manufacturing a flocking film, so that the film is not stretched. The glue application and the flocking process are automatically performed, such that productivity of the flocking film is remarkably improved. |
