PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring system capable of surely storing captured images captured by a mobile imaging apparatus and capable of retrieving a desired captured image from the stored captured images without increasing administrator's load.SOLUTION: A plant monitoring system 1 includes: a handy video camera 5 for capturing a plurality of installation apparatuses (a garbage pit 11 to power generating installation 24) installed in a garbage disposal facility 10; a transmission part 5a for transmitting captured images captured by the handy video camera 5 and image-captured apparatus specification information for specifying the captured installation apparatuses 25; and a monitoring apparatus 30 including a receiving part 34 for receiving the captured images and the image-captured apparatus specification information transmitted by the transmission part 5a, a storage part 33 and an operation part 31 for storing the captured images and the image-captured apparatus specification information in the storage part 33 so as to correlate them each other. |
