PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker allocation system for extracting working staffs without requiring man-hours for updating educational results or experiments, and for allocating optimal workers on the basis of conditions such as shifts of working staffs and the presence/absence of problems occurrence in past works.SOLUTION: A worker allocation system comprises: an educational actual result management DB 10; a working staff DB 12; a work management DB 13; and a work allocation system 8 which updates information on skill levels of workers 15 on the basis of educational actual results of the workers 15, updates information on work actual results of the workers 15 on the basis of work actual results of the workers 15 in the past, and extracts workers 15 on the basis of information on skill levels of the workers 15, information on work actual results of the workers 15, and information on difficulty of work contents of a work request paper 3, when allocating the workers 15 based on the work request paper 3. |
