PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a high-quality texture, even when molded into a decorative resin molding.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet includes a transparent resin film layer 1 having rugged shape on one surface, and a colored layer 2 formed along the rugged shape of the transparent resin film layer. The transparent resin film layer has a thermal softening point temperature of 90°C or higher. The rugged shape has a proportion of flat parts obtained by the following expression (1): (Total distance Y of flat parts)/(Measured distance X)=45 to 90% (1). [In the expression (1), the measured distance X is the measured distance in the lengthwise direction of a cross-sectional curve obtained from image information including height information by a laser microscope.
