PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a patient in selecting an appropriate diagnosis and treatment department.SOLUTION: An information processing method includes the processes to: acquire one or more combination of a human body part and a symptom appearing thereon with respect to a patient (A); extract a name of a diagnosis and treatment department associated with data including one or more combination of the human body part and the symptom appearing thereon belonging to a predetermined similar field to the acquired one or more combination from a data storage section storing plural pieces of data including one or more combination of the human body part and the symptom appearing thereon as well as the name of the diagnosis and treatment department (B); and output the extracted name of the diagnosis and treatment department (C). |
