PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable coating liquid with which a resin having insolubility and high charge transport efficiency can be formed, as a polymer organic material used in manufacturing an organic electroluminescent element, and produce a resin and an organic electroluminescent element using the polymerizable coating liquid.SOLUTION: A polymerizable coating liquid contains: a first polymer which has a charge transport or luminous structural unit and has a polymerizable cross-linking group; a second polymer which has the structural unit and has not the polymerizable cross-linking group; and a solvent.
