PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment method and system which enable suction of filtered water and supply of backwashing gas by using a common apparatus to achieve simplification of the system.SOLUTION: A water treatment method includes: a filtration step of introducing water 1 to be treated into a filtering module 11 equipped with a filter medium to obtain filtered water 2; and a backwashing step of washing the filter medium. In the filtration step, the pressure of a gas phase part 3 brought into contact with the filtered water 2 discharged from the filtered water take-out side 12 of the filtering module 11 is reduced by pressure reducing means 31 to promote filtration by the filter medium. In the backwashing step, gas 4 discharged from the pressure reducing means 31 is supplied to the filtered water take-out side 12 of the filtering module 11 to wash the filter medium. |
