PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve effectiveness in advertisement and attracting customers.SOLUTION: A display device which processes a lottery includes: a display section 240 of a character face image; an imaging part 30; face detection processing means 231 which detects a person's face image from a picked-up image; facial expression recognition processing means 232 which recognizes a facial expression of the face image detected by the face detection processing means; and lottery processing means 234 to perform lottery processing in which a result is changed based on the facial expression from facial expression recognition processing means.
