PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective fiber material with wearing comfort and a method of manufacturing the same which has high stab-proof properties, a light-weighted nature, flexibility and air permeability so that less discomfort in wearing for a long time, and less stuffiness and stickiness particularly in wearing during summer time are achieved.SOLUTION: Core wires 4 of strand 2 formed by twisting plural high-tenacity fibers 1 of metal wires or plastic wires coated by thermoplastic resin 3 are disposed at interval in parallel to form a tube core material layer 5 on which the core wire 4 is disposed orthogonal to an arrangement direction of the tube core material layer 5 at interval in parallel to form a tube core material layer 6 and the tube core material 5 and the tube core material 6 are integrally formed by thermal fusion to produce the product. |
