PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of improving cleaning workability and keeping the interior of the heating cooker more clean.SOLUTION: A heating cooker according to the present invention comprises: a rectangular parallelepiped heating chamber having an upper wall and a front door that can be opened/closed; and a heater holding portion holding a heater detachably attached to the heating chamber so as to be adjacent to the upper wall by a fixing member. The heater holding portion includes a ceiling plate covering the upper wall of the heating chamber and the ceiling plate can be attached into the heating chamber or detached from the heating chamber together with the heater.
