<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that can avoid collision of data periodically transmitted by communication devices of users to a terminal device between the different users, and a communication device used in the system.SOLUTION: A communication device 3 is configured to periodically transmit regular data to a terminal device 4 of its user 10. The communication device 3 includes an adjusting unit that adjusts transmission timing of the regular data within a prescribed period including prescribed regular clock time so that collision with regular data of another user 10 will be avoided. The adjusting unit defines a constant period before and after the regular clock time as a prescribed period, divides the prescribed time into unit periods, i.e., a plurality of time slots, allocates each unit time to each user 10, and thereby staggers transmission timing of the regular data per user 10 within the prescribed period.</p> |
