PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio frequency analog integrated circuit capable of achieving low-cost testing.SOLUTION: The radio frequency analog integrated circuit, being a RF analog IC 30 with a linear amplifier 11 and mixers 14, 15 having a function that down-converts an input signal into DC for outputting, includes: an internal oscillator 21 that generates a signal for converting a frequency; switches SW1-SW5 capable of using a signal of the same frequency from the internal oscillator 21 as inputs of the mixers 14, 15; and phase shifters 12, 23 that are output from the internal oscillator and change phases of signals input into the mixers 14, 15.
