The present invention relates to a urea tank having an anti-freezing function. According to the present invention, a urea solution can be prevented by the urea tank from being frozen when the temperature of air of the outside is below the freezing point of the urea solution; when the urea solution is frozen, the urea solution can be quickly melted by the urea tank. According to the present invention, the urea tank is installed on a vehicle in which a diesel engine is installed, and stores the urea solution supplied by an SCR catalyst. A tank housing (10) forming an exterior of the urea tank (1) includes an insulation material (10c) made of a synthetic material between an inner member (10a) and an outer member (10b) which are made of a synthetic material. An electrical heater (31), which melts the frozen urea solution, is installed on the inside of the urea tank (1).
