A display device is provided. The display device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first substrate; a ground electrode disposed on the first substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the first substrate; a first protective film disposed on the thin film transistor; a light-shielding member and a color filter disposed on the first protective film; and an electric field-generating electrode disposed on the light-shielding member and the color filter, wherein the ground electrode is arranged in a matrix form on the first substrate and is connected to a ground terminal.
