The present invention relates to a headrest device comprising: a continuous height adjustment function which includes a headrest; a pair of stays connected to the bottom of the headrest; a pair of stay guides mounted into a seat back, and inserted with the pair of stays; a switch to drive the guide stays; and a pair of springs connected to one or more of the pair of stay guides. One or more of the pair of stay guides are directly connected to the stay with a restoring force of the pair of springs to fix the stay. The switch pushes the stay guide to separate the stay guide and the stay.
