SYSTEM AND METHOD OF WIRELESS INTRUSION PREVENTION AND WIRELESS SERVICE

The present invention relates to a wireless intrusion prevention system (WIPS) for defending attack using a mobile packet and a control method of the same. The WIPS includes: an access point which communicates with a wireless communication terminal to provide a service so that the wireless communication terminal may access a network; an attack detector which periodically scans a channel which the access point and the wireless communication terminal communicate with and collects a packet transmitted to the access point to detect attack attempted to the access point; and a controller which controls the access point to change the channel to communicate with the wireless communication terminal when attack by the mobile packet is detected.
