The present invention relates to a floating hydraulic power generator capable of stably generating rotating force of a water mill by always keeping a main body horizontal, thereby efficiently and stably generating power. The floating hydraulic power generator comprises: a left main body including a plurality of accommodating units separately arranged in front and rear directions; a right main body which is connected to the left main body and which includes a plurality of accommodating units separately arranged in front and rear directions to correspond to the accommodating units of the left main body; buoyancy members which are included in some of the accommodating units included in the left and right main bodies and float the left main body and the light main body on a water surface using buoyancy; a horizontality controlling unit which controls horizontality of the left and light main bodies by controlling the amount of flowing water stored in other accommodating units of the accommodating unit included in the left main body and the amount of flowing water stored in other accommodating unit of the accommodating unit included in the light main body; a water mill which is placed between the left and right main bodies and rotated by the flowing water; and a generating unit generating power with the rotating force of the water mill. |
