A zone location management system and a zone location management method are disclosed. The zone location management system comprises: a database which stores at least one cell identifier (ID) information for each zone and at least one Wi-Fi access point (AP) identification information for each zone; a mobile communication terminal which detects at least one Wi-Fi AP and transmits the identification information of the at least one Wi-Fi AP, when a cell ID corresponding to the cell ID information of a service zone where provision of services is approved is detected among the cell ID information stored in the database; a location management server which determines that the mobile communication terminal is located within the service zone, when the identification information of the at least one Wi-Fi AP received from the mobile communication terminal correspond to the identification information of at least one Wi-Fi AP in the service zone. |
