PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device capable of improving the tracking property of a motor while suppressing size and steady generation of a power loss.SOLUTION: A control device 3 includes: a driving power supply circuit 22 for supplying an inverter circuit 29 with power; a controlling power supply circuit 21 for supplying a control circuit 26 with power; a backup power supply circuit 32, constantly charged, for supplying the control circuit 26 with backup power when a power supply from the controlling power supply circuit 21 is shut off; and a switch circuit 31, having a switch SW 1 (a first switch) for opening or closing a power path from the backup power supply circuit 32 to the inverter circuit 29, for enabling power share to the inverter circuit 29 from the backup power supply circuit 32 by closing the switch SW 1 when a motor 30 is accelerated. |
