PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a vibration control structure that is less susceptible to deformation and hanging and has satisfactory vibration control performance; and a vibration control sheet material used for the vibration control structure.SOLUTION: A vibration control structure 1 includes: a vibration member 2 whose elastic modulus is 1.0×10Pa or more; a non-vibration member 3 whose elastic modulus is 1.0×10Pa or more; and a sheet material 4. The sheet material 4 is interposed between the vibration member 2 and the non-vibration member 3 in a passage through which vibration generated in the vibration member 2 is transferred to the non-vibration member 3. The sheet material 4 contains styrene copolymer-based rubber that has a glass transition point of -25°C or above, and is obtained by crosslinking.
