PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligopeptide capable of immobilizing a protein on a support with highly efficiency while controlling protein orientation.SOLUTION: There are provided an oligopeptide consisting of 5 to 8 amino acid residues in which at least an amino acid residue of the N-terminal side is cysteine, and 2 amino acid residues of the C-terminal side are cysteine-glycine, and an oligopeptide-binding protein in which the oligopeptide is added. There are provided a protein absorbent obtained by immobilizing the oligopeptide-binding protein on an insoluble support, and a protein purification method using the absorbent. |
