PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual machine control program which improves hardware utilization efficiency and provides a lower-priced charge contract to a cloud user, a virtual machine control method, a virtual machine control device, and a cloud system.SOLUTION: The virtual machine management program causes a computer to execute management processing for managing a plurality of virtual machines generated in hardware. The management processing includes: a suspend step of performing suspend control on a virtual machine in the case where access to the virtual machine is not generated for a first time; a refresh step of performing resume control, in periodical timing, on the virtual machine being suspended regardless of no generation of access to the virtual machine being suspended, and then performing suspend control after the lapse of a second time; and a resume step of performing resume control on the virtual machine being suspended in the case where access to the virtual machine is generated. |
