PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a display device that prevents a user from losing sight of a cursor even when performing PinP display.SOLUTION: A display device (a television 10) comprises: display means (a display unit 18) that displays a PinP display image in a superimposed manner; cursor coordinate acquisition means (a control information communication unit 13) that acquires cursor coordinate information; and cursor display means (an image processing unit 17) that displays a cursor with reference to the cursor coordinate information.
