PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation for a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin compact in which a metal fitting for the coupling part that is used for coupling with the other component can be promptly embedded to be integrated with the compact by one operation at a prescribed position set at a coupling part of the compact without going through a complex process such as insert molding.SOLUTION: Pressing force of a mold is utilized at a press time in which the mold for press molding (an upper side mold 2, a lower side mold 1) is used, thereby a metal fitting A for coupling that is used for coupling with the other component is performed by beating at a prescribed position (a coupling part Wa) of a size enlargement body W for molding consisting of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, a part of the size enlargement body W corresponding to a shape of the metal fitting A is extruded, and the metal fitting A for coupling and the size enlargement body W are integrated in such a condition. |
