<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle capable of determining presence or absence of a maneuver of a brake pedal even if a brake switch has failed.SOLUTION: When a deceleration obtained by referencing an output of an acceleration sensor mounted in a vehicle and an output of a vehicle speed sensor is larger than a predictive value of a deceleration derived from an act of an engine brake, the control device of a vehicle determines that a brake pedal has been maneuvered. Or when a state in which a road surface on which a vehicle is present is an up grade or down grade, and a shift position is a travel range and a vehicle speed of the vehicle is 0 or a predetermined value close to 0 continues over a predetermined period of time, the control device of a vehicle determines that the brake pedal has been maneuvered.</p> |
