<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing device capable of changing a GOP configuration while maintaining the GOP configuration with all contents when reproducing a plurality of encoded streams after synthesizing the streams.SOLUTION: Provided is a video processing device comprising a synthesis unit for acquiring plurality of contents in any of plurality of streams encoded under different condition from the same contents and synthesizing the plurality of encoded streams before the streams are decoded and a stream selection unit for selecting the stream of the contents so as to a picture configuration of each stream synthesized in the synthesis unit is the same by acquiring information on the picture configuration of each stream and using the acquired picture configuration information.</p> |
