PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for appropriately determining a scene necessary for the photographer or viewer of a moving image from among moving image data.SOLUTION: A data necessity determination circuit 3 synthesizes, with each frame image of moving image data acquired by a photographing part, the detected biological information of the photographer or subject of the moving image data during photography. The data necessity determination circuit 3 analyzes the biological information, and determines whether or not the state change of the biological information of the photographer or subject has started. When defining the frame image corresponding to a timing when it is determined that the state change of the biological information of the photographer or subject has started as a non-stationary frame, and defining any frame image other than the non-stationary frame as a stationary frame, the data necessity determination circuit 3 controls a recording part 4 to record the non-stationary frame in a readable state, and not to record the stationary frame in the readable state. |
