PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin fender panel structure which can be formed by a simple molding die, and can prevent quality deterioration of an outer appearance.SOLUTION: An upper rear flange part 3b having an opposite surface opposite to a design surface of a panel main body 2 is integrally formed on an upper end rear part of the panel main body 2 so as to fold inward in a width direction of a vehicle body. A cut part 11 of a tapered shape is formed on an upper surface of a bead 9 formed on the flange part 3b. A middle part of a base part 13a between a head part 13c and a collar part 13b of a clip 13 as a locking member is inserted in the cut part 11, and the clip 13 is attached to the cut part 11 in a state that one end part opposite to the head part 13c of the base part 13a protrudes in an inner side direction of the vehicle body. The swelling one end part of the attached clip 13 in an attached state is inserted and locked in the insertion hole 15 of a front pillar 7, and the panel main body 2 is mounted and fixed. |
