PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and an image forming apparatus capable of providing color development in an extremely wide color range.SOLUTION: An image forming method includes overlapping, on an image support, a toner image in primary colors formed of a toner including a colorant of variable pigment (A), and a toner image for color change formed of a toner including a color changing agent that reacts with the colorant of variable pigment (A) to develop a visible color (LA) different from the variable pigment (A), and heat-fixing the toner images on the image support, so as to obtain a visible image having an image part that develops at least the visible color (LA). |
